Step 1 - Choose ripe mangoes like Alphonso or Banganapalli breeds. Peel them, cut them into cubes and put in a blender.
Step 2 - In the same blender, add in 1 cup of chilled Kshetra Farm’s A2 Buffalo milk for a creamy base.
Step 3 - Take 1 and ½ cups of fresh, homemade curd or yogurt for the lassi texture. Add it with milk and mangoes.
Step 4 - You can add in a spoonful of sugar or honey, based on your taste and sweetness of the mangoes.
Step 5 - Blend all the ingredients until they turn into a smooth, thick texture. Serve fresh with some ice on top.
